項目景觀從四個方面着手進行設計：

1、場所适宜度與空間研究。進行光熱研究，合理分布功能空間，并依據全區戶數與位置合理控制場地規模，設置了兒童活動區、老人活動區、公共健身區、家庭集會區、寵物樂園、跑步道、天然氧吧與科普園地等功能空間。

2、合理安排交通。建立方便、快捷、安全的步行系統，與步行系統結合，增加健康的慢(màn)跑系統。

3、進行分項的成本控制。

4、符合杭州居民生活習慣的設計。通過調查與論文數據，設計符合杭州居民使用喜好的住區環境。

The project landscape is designed from four aspects:
